The User acknowledges having read these legal notices and agrees to comply with them. The User of the Dataleon solution acknowledges having the skills and resources necessary to access and use the Dataleon solution.

The User of the Dataleon solution acknowledges that their computer configuration is free of viruses and is in perfect working order. The information is provided by Dataleon for informational purposes and does not exempt the User from further, personalized analysis.

3. Data Protection
